If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, notify us within 24-hours of your service date, and we will return -- as soon as possible - to re-clean the specific areas you were not content with -- at no charge to you.

The size of our cleaning team will depend on your location. However, our cleaning teams generally consist of 1-2 cleaning professionals.
Will the same cleaning professional(s) clean my home for recurring services?
We try our best to ensure that the same cleaning professional(s) perform your recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes unexpected things can arise. Therefore, we currently do not charge a cancellation fee. We do ask that clients notify us of a cancellation at least 1 day before the scheduled service date. Please read our Service Policy for more detailed information about cancellation.
